ProStencil Order Forms – How To Use
#1: Understand the Purchasing Options
Please view Purchase Instructions if you
would like an overview on the various factors that are involved in determining how
to order stencils to achieve your desired result.
There are two methods which can be used to submit your order. Print and Fax to ProStencil
at (916) 933-9389. Or, enter the order and billing information into one of the PDF
documents, save it, then send it as an attachment to
orders@prostencil.com.
#2: Customer and Billing Information
This page must be completed in it’s entirety the first time you order from ProStencil.
Upon receiving your first order, you will be assigned a customer number. On subsequent
orders you may elect, if so desired, to only show your name, company name and customer
number and all of the rest of the information will be taken from file. Of course
you can submit the “Customer and Billing Information” each time you order if that
is your preference of if information changes.
It is safe to fax your credit card information but please do not email it. When
we have our secure online order processing in place we will be taking online credit
card information. You can fax or email your order to us and then call-in your credit
card information
#3: Product & Supply Order Forms.
One is for door stencils, which includes the ability to order “Complete Door Stencils”
or “Door Stencil Components”. The second order form is for “Individual Design Stencils
and Supplies”.
Door Stencils Order Form- It may seem like a lot of questions are asked, but each
of these items is essential to give a complete picture of what you want. Please
use a separate sheet for each door design, variation or size. The only exception
is if it is a pair of doors that are mirror images of each other. There is a place
on the form to indicate that situation. Or if you have two doors that both have
a glass size of 18 7/8” x 66 7/8”, and they are going to look identical – use one
form with a quantity of two. If you have two doors with the same exact design but
one is 18 7/8” wide and the other is 20 7/8” wide – use two forms. The questions
are designed based on our many years of experience on what information is needed.
Actually it’s based more on the bad experiences that showed us there was a failure
to communicate all of the pertinent information.
Individual Design Stencil Order Form – You can use this form to order any amount
of “Individual Design Stencils”. If you need more than there is room on a page –
use multiple pages. There are not as many questions so realize you need to evaluate
your project thoroughly to ensure you order to stencils properly.
Supply Order Form – You can use this form to order gerneral supplies and other products.
